Locally owned and operated, West Coast Auto and Leisure has been servicing the local Winnipeg market with New and Used vehicles/RVs for decades. Located at 2585 McGillivray Blvd the team at West Coast is proficient at sourcing most every make and model to match each customers needs.

Previously working out of a 2,000 square foot residential property converted for commercial use, the team at West Coast looked to build a new flagship dealership that tied into their existing maintenance facility. The new 14,000 square foot, state-of-the-art dealership features floor to ceiling tinted black glazing and stunning copper cladding, immediately catching the eye of anyone driving down McGillivray Blvd. The interior boasts offices with panoramic views overlooking a spacious open-concept lobby, a photo booth with room to showcase multiple vehicles, and several maintenance bays. Everything needed to add value to each client’s buying experience.

In addition to building a new dealership we were tasked with tying the new structure into the existing 4,000 square foot maintenance and detail center. Although not new to our team, we had to ensure both buildings blended to achieve a sophisticated aesthetic.
