Trailer Wizards

Trailer Wizards has over 25 locations nation wide. They specialize in semi-trailer rentals, leasing, sales, parts, maintenance, financing and storage. The new facility is located in the Brookside Industrial Park in Winnipeg. Establishing their new location in CentrePort’s transportation hub was ideal for linking to the Canadian transportation industry. The building includes a 14 bay shop, wash bay, parts department, shop lunchroom/ locker rooms and adjacent two storey office space. The second floor office was designed for two tenant units, each with their own exterior entrance. In addition to designing and erecting the building, our in house design team worked directly with the client to establish an interior color scheme, choosing all finishes from paint, to flooring, millwork and hardware. Due to the overall square footage we were required to construct a 4 hour firewall. This created two separate fire compartments so in the event of a fire it will prevent the spread from one compartment to the other. For the exterior facade we specified blue and white metal siding with red accents at the front entrance to represent Trailer Wizards corporate colors. As a feature we incorporated split faced concrete block to the exterior of the office and the main entrance canopy.
