T & T Group of Companies Winnipeg location houses both T&T and J&T Trucking, offering highly specialized trucking services Canada wide. In combination the two companies provide a wide array of services from temperature controlled freight, to container services and general trucking. Their new building includes a 7,500 sq.ft shop with two recessed dock doors, part storage, tool storage, drivers lounge and adjacent two storey office. The second floor office space was designed with two potential tenant units in mind, each with it’s own exterior entrance and universal washroom. For the exterior facade we specified a neutral colored metal siding with corporate blue accents on the hollow metal doors, trim and bollards. In contrast, we introduced an Efis build out around the aluminum front entrance door. The Heron Blue feature creates a focal point for the front facade while tieing into the accent color on the rest of the building.
