Industrial Fluid Consultants (IFC) is a Winnipeg based industrial pump and mechanical seal supplier. IFC has many years of experience in specifying, troubleshooting and servicing pumps and mechanical seals in all types of applications in various industries. The new 16,327 sq.ft. turn-key project is complete with a 9,900 sq.ft. warehouse for all their production needs. Inside of the warehouse includes an 11 Ton overhead crane, two garage doors, and a staircase to upstairs mezzanine file room and fitness room. The 4,500 sq.ft. main floor office is fully equipped with four private offices and a showcase wall. Upstairs the 1,927 sq.ft. mezzanine has a see-through office boardroom overlooking the outside main entrance and the office spaces below. Also the mezzanine acts as a hybrid lunchroom with cupboards and windows viewing the warehouse.
